Payment Policy:
MT Company accepts Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks. We also accept debit or credit cards through Google Checkout. Both Paypal and Google Checkout use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect user privacy.
Shipping Information:
We ship most items via UPS Ground mail service. Some orders may be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority mail. Insurance is included up to $100 for items shipped with UPS. Order's total shipping cost is calculated by weight. We will usually ship an order within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment.
Return Policy:
At MT Company, buyer confidence and satisfaction is everything! We accept returns and exchanges on all of our products. The buyer must contact us at our customer support email within 3 days of item's reciept prior to sending back an order. Failure to email us within this 3 day period will result in rejection of your return request. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
Orange Tip Information:
The orange tip found on all airsoft guns sold at MT Company is required by Law (Federal Regulations, Title 15, Part 1150). It is not advised that you remove, alter, or impair the orange barrel markings on your airsoft gun. Doing so is against the law and may cause people to mistake your airsoft gun for a real firearm.
